In the Site, Easyclaims provides users with access to information primarily about Business Support Services for Insurance Claims Assistance and Services including, but not restricted to, Claims consultancy, Assistance, Repairs and related services (the 'Service'). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fee. By making use of this site, and furnishing your personal / contact details, you hereby agree that you are interested in availing and purchasing the services that you have selected. You agree that Easyclaims may contact you either electronically or through phone, and reserves the right to make your details available to its affiliates and partners who may contact you for information and for sales or services through email, WhatsApp message, telephone and/or sms. You agree to receive promotional materials and/or special offers from Easyclaims through email or sms or WhatsApp.

Easyclaims grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service.
